Scott Kinsey and Alexis Aleshire-Kinsey opened Pressed Panini Bar in June 2013, on the corner of Powder Springs and South Park Square in Marietta Square, just a few doors down from the sister company, Taqueria Tsunami.

With over 20 years of culinary expertise, Chef Scott Kinsey took his passion for food to life with the creation of Taqueria Tsunami and Pressed Panini Bar. It is easy to understand Chef Kinsey's love for food, the minute you bite in any dish, all which combines the unique flavors using fresh ingredients.
After studying in Paris, Chef Kinsey worked for international restaurant concepts opening locations around the world, and developing menu items that were enjoyed by millions. The decades of corporate experience gave him the insight to open and operate his own restaurants, and share his love for food with guest.
